To provide the best experience possible, all clients are asked to acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to our spa policies when booking their service.

Allergies - Please notify your service provider of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients during your pre-treatment consultation.
Arrival time - If this is your FIRST time booking your desired service, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our services to your needs. Your service window will not be extended past the end time of your scheduled treatment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling/No-Show Policies and Fees - We value the time of both our clients and service providers. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone, we kindly ask for advance notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. By letting us know in advance, we can offer your time slot to another client who's eager to enjoy our services. This benefits everyone! In addition, our amazing service providers are available "on-call" and may have specifically scheduled their time for your appointment. Early notification allows them to fill their schedule efficiently. By valuing our team's time, we can attract and retain the best service providers, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for you.
Fee policy based on the cost of scheduled service(s): In case of truly unforeseen emergencies your therapist may choose to waive the charge at their discretion, but please make every effort to give more than 24 hours advance notice.
Less than 48 hours or no-show: 50%
Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100%
Less than 72 hours or no-show for group services: 100%
Less than 72 hours or no-show for 3+ treatments for yourself: 100%
Cell phones - Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you speak in your "spa voice" and turn all electronic devices off or place them on SILENT. Please inform your service provider should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services and you are still responsible to pay for the full service.
Childcare – Our insurance policies are designed to provide you peace of mind. However, it’s important to remember that unattended children are not covered. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, including children, our spa is an adult-only* environment. We kindly ask you to arrange for childcare during your visit with us. If you need childcare options, we’d be happy to recommend some in the area. *If you are the legal guardian of a teenager you’ve permitted to schedule a spa service with us, we kindly ask that you accompany them.
Gratuities - Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip your service provider in the room or upon check out at the front desk, preferably in cash.
Inclement Weather - If our area is under a winter weather advisory and you believe it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule at no charge.
Late arrivals - All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of your scheduled appointment and you are responsible for payment of the full service.
Modesty concerns/what to wear - Your comfort is our utmost concern. You are never required to be unclothed in front of anyone at our day spa. Towels and robes are provided and can keep you covered. Our service providers are well trained in the "art of draping" which means that they leave the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the treatment table, and keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body they are working on. They also leave the treatment room before you get up from the table.
Personal belongings - Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. Creekside Spa and service providers are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Professionalism - Our trained service providers are here to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a provider ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk. You will be responsible for full payment of the service.
Return policy - In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services.
Smoking, Vaping, Illegal Drugs, and Alcohol - Our policy is to be courteous and thoughtful to everyone. Creekside Spa observes a smoke, vape, illegal drug, and alcohol-free environment. We do not permit smoking or vaping in the spa or within 50 feet outside of the front door. If you must smoke or vape, ask your service provider to escort you to the back patio. Your service window will not be extended past the end time of your scheduled treatment. Illegal drug and/or alcohol use and/or observable intoxication during your scheduled treatment times at the spa will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
